Ordering & payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes — COD is available across most serviceable pincodes. UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking are also accepted via our payment partner.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is fully supported — you can place an order with just a phone number and a delivery address. Account creation is optional and only useful for order history and saved addresses.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. Shipping is free above ₹2,000; below that a flat ₹99 fee applies.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Metro cities typically receive within 2–4 days of dispatch; non-metro PIN codes are 4–7 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The order confirmation email includes a tracking link, and you can also enter your order number on the Track Order page on this site.

Returns & refunds

What's your return window?

Seven days from delivery, on unopened products only. Opened tubs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (industry standard). See the Refund & Return Policy for the full detail.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Photograph the parcel and reach out within 48 hours. We replace damaged-in-transit products at no cost — no questions asked.

Quality & testing

Are products lab tested?

Every batch is third-party tested for protein content, heavy metals, and microbial load. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request — share your batch number and we'll send it.

Are your products FSSAI compliant?

Yes. Manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed, GMP-certified facility. The license number is printed on the label of every product.
